Is it just enough to say that Mr. Roger Daltrey, the big, giant voice of The Who (unless Pete or the other guys are in their slot for the song...), is The Man?
Roger is "The Man".
Here he is, while on the History Channel...I missed those episodes...darn!
I think he was in California a lot. I am so proud! He seems so REAL, I think I'd like to meet someone like him!

Sorry I never got back to you about where my Pop was stationed. It was actually in Camp Pendelton during WW2 and he would have been shipped out to the Phillipines had the war not ended...kinda makes me wonder! I now live near SF, across the Bay in a pretty fun place called The Peoples Republic of Bezerkeley, most of those people (not me) are really rich! Whatever happened to all that lovely hippie shit/
Anyway, I hope you and your family have a fantastic holiday. I look forward to reading more of your great comments on Pete's blog re: TBWHM. May Santa bring much joy to all your friends and family.
