This is a planter! ...and an old cat...

Yes, a piano planter!

Now that is different! I should have seen this earlier, but I was busy. Then, while walking along, I looked down...wow!

I added a picture of our ancient outdoor cat just for the heck of it (she found us, she stayed...back in the early/mid 1990's). Her name is Misty.

Hi Dan, I like the piano planter, very creative and the lake pic in your last post was beautiful. I just saw on Rachel's blog that you got tix for Hollywood Bowl. On Pete's side. Super!! Are they down in front? I went to the Hollywood Bowl last time, I was 3 rows back center. it was alot of fun there. It's always exciting when you get your tix, huh?! x Grace

Hi Dan,
That is a very interesting Planter. That cat is very cute!

I just read in Rachels blog that you're going to the Who concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Congratulations! You probably know by now that I am not able to go. I will try to go some other time.

Amazing ...

That's a very dignified looking cat. I love greys.

Now about all that Mexican food you're tempting Rachel with ... do you have any authentic recipes you're able to pass on, or are they classified? I never know whether I'm getting the real thing or a pale imitation when I eat "Mexican" here, and would love to try to cook some myself.

Just one? Please? ...

Oh, and I'm also really pleased you're going the the Bowl. Have a fabulous time you lucky boy.

Many of the questions folks ask are often answered in email to them....so if it seems that I do not appear responsive to anybody...I sure do read and enjoy all posts to my blog.

Grace:
As you now know, they are in Section D.

Metalchick:

Thank you! The cat really does not look "cute" to me, in that photo, but she is very, very sweet.

Wind-up:

Great to hear from you!

The recipes are from Allen's wife, Jennifer. She stands firmly by her word: "I am the best".

Hello there Dan,

I'm always fascinated by the way animals know they're having their picture taken. Your Misty knows, just as she sensed a good home. Awe!

The piano planter is really unique too.

But congratulations on the tickets!!!!! Yes! It'll be the bomb, but you know that!
